Partnerships

Shape the Day considers collaborations that are relevant to wedding and celebration planning and genuinely useful to readers. We keep commercial arrangements distinct from independent editorial work and label partner material clearly.

Possible collaborations

We consider clearly defined partner features, useful planning resources, and placements that help readers explore a relevant service or product. Proposals should explain the audience, the proposed format, and what the partnership would contribute beyond promotion.

Partner placements

We may accept partner placements across the site when the subject fits the publication and the presentation is transparent. Placements are labelled as partner material; their presence does not imply that we independently tested or endorse every claim made by a partner.

Editorial boundaries

Partners cannot buy control of independent articles, undisclosed recommendations, or guaranteed editorial conclusions. We may decline proposals that do not fit our readers or that make the distinction between commercial and editorial material difficult to understand.

Get in touch

Use the Contact page and select the partnership option. Include the proposed subject, format, and any relevant commercial relationship so we can assess the fit.
